Large scale installations are managed through a number of stages to ensure our on-site team have all of the information,
equipment and skills necessary to deliver the project successfully.
The site supervisor due to take on the project will be given a comprehensive briefing as well as all of the documentation and plans for the job.
At this point the supervisor's idea of team and skill set necessary will be taken on board and the team allocated.
This approach ensures the team arrive on site with the information and the skills necessary to complete the works successfully.
Teams arrive on site in KB uniform or in the customers own uniform as required.
Solutions for waste disposal, recycling and product collection from site will determine the vehicle size and type allocated.
