Warehouse

Offering 20,000 square feet of fully racked space our warehouse operation serves the NDN system as a transit point. It also serves our projects operation as a medium to long term storage facility.

Goods for the NDN service typically transit the warehouse within 5 operational days of receipt. Goods for larger projects can sit whilst awaiting other aspects of the order or for delivery dates to be established.

Orders from various different suppliers are often collated within our warehouse. This aspect of our service requires careful and consistent management.

Warehouse split shift - In order for our warehouse operation to operate professionally we have segregated the two main activities done within it across the working day.

Product receipt - (acceptance and checking of new goods and orders into the system) shift begins at 0500 ending with warehouse handover to night shift at 1800.

Product issue - (loading and picking following days orders) from 1800 until completion.  This approach means that the two shifts do not hinder each other and that space and equipment such as reach trucks are available throughout the entirety of each discipline.
